SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY — FOURFOLD PANTRY

We dispatch our orders from within the United Kingdom using trusted delivery carriers.

1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
- Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

2. UK Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard UK Delivery (2–4 business days): £3.95 (or Free on orders over £40).
- Express UK Delivery (1–2 business days): £5.95.
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch.

3. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

4. Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbours or safe places first, then contact our support team so we can investigate with the courier.
